If you’re thinking about buying a PC I’ll give you unbiased advice and assistance in choosing it. I’ll also advise you about your broadband connection. If you’ve bought a new PC and want help setting it up then call me. I’ll assist you, or if you prefer do it all for you, including the internet connection, with or without wireless.

E-MAIL ACCOUNTS SET UP

Do you want to get your e-mails downloaded to your PC, rather than looking at them on the internet? I’ll set up Outlook or Outlook Express/Windows Mail for you.

TUITION FOR BEGINNERS

If you have not used a PC before or you are unfamiliar with or unsure about certain things I can give you one to one tuition to make sure you experience the best from your PC.

SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE INSTALLED

I’ll give you advice about new software or hardware and how to upgrade your existing system. I will also procure and install anything you require for your PC.

Tired of being restricted by a length of wire? Have you more than one PC that you want to connect to the internet? If you already have wireless is it secure? I install wireless networks and make them secure.

INTERNET PARENTAL CONTROL

Worried about what your children are looking at on the internet. I can advise on and assist in the implementation of parental control.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Is you’re PC running slowly or not at all? Are you having problems with certain software? I investigate and rectify all sorts of PC problems to get your machine running properly.
